Baby Connect offers baby activity tracking and caregiver access. When considering an alternative, decide whether you need a detailed record of events, a shared plan for the day, or both.

Identify what you already depend on

Baby Connect’s official site describes tracking sleep, feeding, and other events, along with access for caregivers. Before considering a switch, list the records and workflows you use regularly. A different interface is not automatically an improvement if the people doing the care lose information they rely on.

Evaluate collaboration with a real example

Pick a day involving more than one adult. Walk through a planned outing, an actual event, and a question for the person taking over. Check how you would tell the difference between the plan and the record. These questions help you assess fit without assuming that a product cannot support your routine.

  • Which events do you want to record, and why?
  • Who needs access to past entries and the current plan?
  • How will the next caregiver know a responsibility has changed?

Where Elly may fit later

Elly is in early access and is being designed for family care coordination: plans, routines, messages, and updates together. We are not claiming it replaces Baby Connect’s tracking capabilities or that a migration is available. If your current tool works, keep using it while you evaluate what a future change would need to preserve.
