Looking back before a care-team conversation
A parent selects the week and reviews recorded sleep with the nanny. An unrecorded nap is a gap to clarify, not evidence that no nap happened. The entries provide context for their conversation.

Can I export the recorded care?
The app supports care report exports in PDF and CSV formats. Access may depend on your Elly Plus plan.
Does a chart predict what my baby needs?
No. The insights summarize entered records. They are not a diagnosis, a prediction or an individualized care recommendation.
What if someone forgot to log an event?
The summary only reflects available entries. Check gaps with the people who provided care rather than interpreting a missing entry as a completed observation.
Which date ranges can I review?
Insights offers today, seven days, thirty days and a custom range. Choose the period that fits your question and confirm that your team recorded care during it.
Which care categories appear in insights?
The insights screen includes Sleep, Feeding, Diaper, Pumping and Temperature. The information available depends on which care entries your team has recorded.
Can I separate a summary from a detailed data file?
Yes. The export menu offers a PDF summary and CSV data. Choose a summary to read through or a CSV when you want to work with the exported records in a spreadsheet.
